There will be strictly no refunds on registrations. In the event one or more team members are unable to compete you may sub in other athletes however we must be notified by phone and the new team members will need to complete a waiver before competing.
You are required to nominate a volunteer counter as a part of the registration process. Your nominated counter must be available on the day of your event and will be contacted by our judging team advising them when they will be required to count.
Teams – you may nominate a counter from your own team.
Pairs – as a last resort you may nominate another registered athlete of the opposite sex as your counter.
Individuals – as a last resort you may nominate another registered athlete of the opposite sex as your counter.
We understand this can sometimes be difficult to organise and friends/family may be hesitant. Please ensure them they will receive plenty of support and guidance from judges and officials.

The Performance Hub by CQ Physio will be covering all your pre and post workout performance needs including Rock Taping, massage, recovery advice, ice baths and physio as well as providing a rest and recover zone.
Amenities: Toilets and change rooms will be available for use.

The EFL Challenge Series was born out of the desire to increase the competition experience of athletes in the wider Central Queensland area through the development of a series of high quality CrossFit competitions. We believe there is no experience, like competition experience and we are excited to bring the competition closer to home!
You wouldn’t expect a tennis player to train year round without ever lacing up their shoes for a match, so why should you! It’s game on CQ!
